Why the catalog exists
Two reindeer tours from Tromsø can carry nearly the same title and still give you a very different day. One includes a sled ride of up to 30 minutes, another sells sledding or feeding but not both, and a third has no sled at all. One lends a thermal suit and boots, another asks you to bring your own.
This site reads those differences off each listing and sets them side by side.
What gets read on every listing
The price and what it buys, whether a sled ride is included and how long it is, the feeding, the meal, the length of the tour, the meeting point, group size, age rules, clothing lent, access for wheelchairs and the cancellation terms. Ratings and review counts are the platforms' own figures. Climate figures come from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute normals.

How we work
We compare tour listings, official visitor information and recent traveller feedback. We do not operate or personally conduct these tours. Bookings, payments and customer service stay with the operator or the platform on its own site, and when a price there differs from ours, theirs is the one that counts.
How the pick is made
One listing carries the Our pick badge, and its reason points at a column you can check in the comparison table: whether the price buys a sled ride, feeding and a meal together. It is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive tour, and commission plays no part in it.
